Hello from the Netherlands Monica, you inspired me with your video,s. I,m into all sorts of acrylic pouring and abstract painting ( besides of being a collage artist) but resin i,ve never tried. Addicted to blues and greens si i find your painting beautiful. Love the cut glass in it what a good idea. Do you have a video about how much resin is needed for a painting? And i coujdn,t hear in a former video why you put in Isop.alcohol in it. Greetings❤

Thanks for sharing this, everybody shows their successes with Resin but not their failures. these products are unforgiving and can be dangerous. Apart from correct PPE and Fire retardant, keep your work area clean and tidy, good house keeping is crucial to successful craftwork. $20 of Resin vs $1mil house.

You need to put an airbrush end on the hose so you can aim it better and control the air flow.

Nicely done! Do you need to coat the tiles with some kind of varnish before you resin them? I’ve heard this but don’t know how true it is. Thanks.

The FDA worry about removing a lot of harmless things yet they dont worry about removing resin which is one of the most dangerous toxic things ever

I'm messing around with a $5 resin craft kit plus whatever other things I have laying around. I think I'm gonna try this on little bitty 5" wood circles with tiny 2 oz solo cups. This might be horrible lol wish me luck 🤠

Just some quick tips..always demold with gloves.the purple ink could have stained all the rest of your art..also when you put so many flowers in a mold , sqiurt alcohol 1st to stop the bubbles..it seems like you had the wrong ink for your resin.😊

It finally hit me! (News Flash, my forehead loves running into brick walls!) Your choice of colors are always fantastic. And, a lot of my choices for color! (Your work, much better than mine) The Arteza Mica powder, I love. My box had 3 diff purples, and there is one much more grape like. I mix the Mica with most everything, Triple Thick, P.M.'s, water, clear glue, list goes on. FYI, the "Glow" mica's are supposed to be transparent. Well, maybe. I even called ARTEZA to confirm, but the Gold Glow, clouded a painting. I had to repaint a few areas, (fun, painting ON resin, like ice skating on steak knives, but adds incredible depth to the resin) and it worked out. But just FYI. But your work, I can't get enough! And joining the FB group! Thank you!

Awesome! Before you started the 2nd coat, the simplistic colors was also a winner. You have added greatly to my knowledge of resin art work. I had a disaster with a resin that was curing in the cups even before they got to the canvas. One was simulating boiling! I've never seen anything like that. I won't bore you with the details, but the resin, much like you, taught me a lot. (I wish it had been videoed, "what not to do with a bad pour!" or "One of the 3 Stooges doesn't do resin!") Your finished painting, I lose words, and for me, that's saying a whole lot! BEAUTIFUL!

This is breath taking. I agree 100%, the sapphire blue is a big favorite. Your composition is awesome. The combo of colors that you used, and moving the gold under the other colors shows me your level of sophistication. Bling is nice, bling can be great, and as an art teacher I had years ago always drilled into me, "less is best!" (and it is also material for some really bad dreams, less is best, less is best! I can still hear her!) I notice you use the heat gun a lot. What I did not notice with you, unlike other videos I have seen on UA-cam, the large amount of smoke that is generated even with little use of the heat gun. So I applaud your experience and know how. It's great to see people that know what they are doing! And again, absolutely stunning!

I probably sound silly, but can I use a hair dryer on high heat to pop bubbles in resin pouring if I don't have the special heating gun? If so, any tips? Thanks for the informative video.

First, I love your assistant you have leaning on the table next to you! Such a perfect picture of "MOM, I'M BORED!" A beautiful combo of colors, your manipulation of the pigments on the canvas remarkable with such a thick resin. (LOL! 1st time I admitted this, I also set paper towels on fire! God forbid they also let me have a heat gun! LOL!) This is a truly beautiful piece of art!

OMgosh! First video of yours I have seen and your commentary (not to mention your great resin work) sold me!! You sound just like me when I am all alone in my resin haze creating things and getting gitty'er than a teenage girl on her first prom date when I do the unmolding of something I created with resin, especially when it WORKS! So I very much get your enthusiasm and it helps me to know I'm not the only "crazy resin gal" out there obsessed with the seemingly unlimited ways we can create with this stuff! I am subscribed and can't wait to peruse more of your videoes! Thank you!!!
